At ExpressMed, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to your return package.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
